Fustdeal customers have the option of rating and reviewing their product and seller experiences.

The customers can both leave star ratings and add text to describe what they liked or disliked about their experience.

How do I leave a Rating and Review?

It’s easy! just follow the below steps:

1. You can rate products with stars like these!

  • Five Stars – I Love it ★★★★★
  • Four Stars – I Like It ★★★★
  • Three Stars – It’s OK ★★★
  • Two Stars – I Don’t Like It ★★
  • One star – I hate It ★

2. The next step will be adding photos of the product that you have received. Upload at least 1-3 photos so that we could see what you have received and on which basis you are rating the product. This will help other customers to judge before buy.

3. After uploading photos, kindly explain the reason for your rating or experience of your with the received product in detail.

4. You can also rate our rider and can put comments about his service or behaviour.

5. Also, you can rate sellers with emojis.

6. After completing your review press on “Share Review” to submit.

DO’S

  • Focus on the Product and its Features (esp. when uploading pictures)
  • Base the review on your own personal experience
  • Tell us why you feel a certain way about the product and its quality
  • Rate your products with Stars that define your experience (1 is lowest, 5 is highest)
  • Make your review as helpful and relevant as possible for other customers

DONT’S

  • Share fraudulent information about the product
  • Share irrelevant information in the reviews
  • Use profane, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, discriminating, or threatening content
  • Upload vulgar, profane, irrelevant, or pornographic images in reviews

How do I return my item?

Don’t worry about returning your received packages to Daraz anymore. Daraz has made the Return process much easier with a bunch of new features.

Please follow the steps mentioned below to proceed with the return request –

  • Log in to your Daraz Account
  • Go to “Account” > Go to “View All”
  • Select the order you want to return.
  • Select the “Return/Refund” option

Step 1:

  • Select the “Return Reason”
  • For some “Return Reason” you have to provide a product picture as proof.
  • Press on “Upload Image”
  • “*” sign beside the Upload Pictures title means it mandatory to add an image.
  • You can “Take Pictures” instantly and upload or You can “Select From Album” too.
  • You can add “Comments” to describe your return reason elaborately.
  • You can “Add Product” from your order for multiple returns.
  • Press “Confirm” to add the selected product.
  • Kindly read the “Return Policy” before proceeding and press “Next” for the next step of return.

Step 2:

  • Select your preferred “Return Shipment” (Pick Up/ Drop Off) and press on “Next”.

Step 3:

  • Select your preferred “Refund Method” and press on “Submit” button.

After successful submission of the Return Request, you will receive a return tracking number. Press on “View Shipping Label” to get a view of return tracking.

If you choose ‘Pick up’, your item will be picked up from your location within 5 working days (Except – Friday & any Govt. holidays). Please attach the Return Label over the package during pick-up.

Please note that the Pick-Up option is only available for certain areas.

If you chose ‘Drop-off’, kindly bring the parcel to the drop-off point for which you have selected the tracking in your return form, within 5 working days (Except – Friday & any Govt. holidays).

Note: Faster you drop off your item, the faster we start processing it.

Pack your Daraz parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.

Having trouble with your received package? Worries no more! Daraz has made the Return and Refund process easy and smooth for our valuable customers.

In just a few steps, you can return your package/item to Daraz. The below chart shows the breakdown of the processing time.

Drop-off your return package at the Drop -off location that you have selected when filling out the return request form. It takes a total of 8 working days to complete your return process. After you have successfully returned your product to Daraz via pickup/drop off, it will take maximum of 6 working days to reach our Daraz Warehouse where the “Quality Check” will be done within a maximum of 2 working days. If your claim is found valid, Daraz will refund your amount of the purchase according to the refund option that you have chosen.

Keep in Mind: Fastest way to receive your refund is through Daraz Refund voucher, which will take 8 working days (From the time of your package is picked/ dropped off).

We have an easy return policy for both of our dMall and regular products. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please apply for a return request on the app or website within 14 days for dMall items and 7 days for regular items from the delivery date.

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return. For more information view the complete list of non-returnable items.

Valid reasons to return an item:

  • Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken / defective – dead on arrival)
  • Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website / incomplete – missing parts)
  • You no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package – eligible for selected products only wherethe “Change of Mind Available” option is mentioned.

1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
